Chelle has lived in South Florida for over 38 years with residences in Palm Beach, Martin and Miami-Dade Counties. Chelle graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University and received her Law Degree from University of Miami. She has been recognized by the Palm Beach County Commission for her “strong positive leadership as a citizen advocate.” It is through this reputation that she has originated a loyal and devoted client base of over one hundred community associations. In addition to her reputation as a community association lawyer, Chelle focuses on bulk rate cable TV and telecom contracting with recognition throughout Florida. Theresa Lemme is a native Floridian, having grown up in the Daytona Beach area. After graduating from Florida State University and she received her Law Degree from Nova Southeastern University. Since 1999, Theresa has practiced exclusively in the area of community association law, representing condominium associations, cooperative associations and homeowner associations throughout South Florida. Theresa represents in excess of one hundred community associations concerning community association legal issues. Theresa is admitted to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and is also a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association. Theresa is also a state-certified instructor for Community Association Manager (CAM) courses. Theresa works in all areas of condominium and other community association representation, including document enforcement and document amendment areas. Michael Steiner is a native Floridian, having grown up in Miami and Palm Beach Gardens. Michael is admitted to practice before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. He is also a member of the Real Property, Probate, & Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. Michael has focused his law career on the representation of community associations, primarily in collections and lien foreclosure litigation. In addition to heading up the firm’s lien foreclosure department, Michael is responsible for all covenant enforcement litigation and acts as liaison in matters being handled by insurance defense counsel. Michael is honored to have been selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2019 and 2020, for which less than three percent of attorneys in Florida are recognized.
